Roll Bar Protector - Carbon Fiber - Help me find them

I am in need of something to protect or go over my cage in spots, where you get it etc. I seen some carbon fiber pre-molded wraps that flex apart and simple slip over your cage and I would guess come in a pre-determined length.

Has anyone seen these for sale? I can't find them anywhere?
Any help is much appreciated.

no offense but I think you're going to get a lack of flack for fake carbon fiber on a cage.... Unless its an import?

I think you misunderstood my reasoning. I already have my cage painted, I am going a different route since it's all scratched up already. I do vinyl on the side so I was aware of the information you provided. thanks although.

I don't know if that's a good idea. (I also don't know that it's a bad idea, either.)
My boss has a race car built by Jerry Bickel, and he has stainless pieces as tube protectors. The body and inside of the car is all carbon fiber, so I think he would have used CF for that as well if it was recommended. My guess is the CF will come loose or something over time or maybe it'll start fraying at the edges.

Thanks for the input, but it will be used in a "race replica" car that I'm just about done building, NOT in a true race car. This car will be driven on the street and the cage is simply in it for the "look" of the project.

Look through my photos on my website and you'll see what I'm up to. Again, I am only using it to give it a nice look since the original paint has gotten scratched up a bit and is no longer "show car" quality since wiring and finishing the build of the car so I had to go to a plan B.
