      Austin Texas work

Does anyone know the work of Rodney Austin? How can I get in touch with him. I'm in Austin, Texas and I would like to have some work done on my 1969 Camaro (quarters, minitubs,sub-frame connectors...etc..)

      Thanks,
      Troy Martin

I think he does SW's cars. If so, hire him, can personally vouch for his work on a car.

I know Rodney. I've met with him many times and had him do work on my cars. He's a sharp guy, and he always has a neat project around the shop...

I haven't spoken to him recently, but the last time I did (6 months ago?), he had a pretty long lead time to get in his queue. But definitely go by his shop and meet him. Sharp guy, nice work, and fun projects to check out while you're there...

I just talked to Rodney. I don't know why anyone in the Austin area would take their cars to any other body shop. He is the nicest guy. I'm meeting him next Tuesday to look at his shop/projects. He is very busy with our recent hail storm but he volunteered to come to my house and look at my car. What a guy.

The reason I take it to the bodyshop that my car is at is because it is my bodyshop.. :D

I have seen the work that he does though, very nice..

I have an original Austin,Texas Camaro. It still had the Henna badge on it. I've been working on it for six years. Unfortunately Austin is very humid. It had a lot of rust.

I've seen SW's 1969 Camaro and the body work is incredible. I don't have SW money but Rodney is willing to work with me. I've started the mini tub work but I don't have the time or facilities to finish it.

      I'll send pics shortly.....
