My only worry is that David has showed little or no love for Pro-touring in the past. He used to think that it was just a camaro fad.

I discovered Freiburger had teeth after he left the magazine. [teeth - smile-get it?-nevermind!] I beleive him to be one of us...he has already proven he would do this gig for nothing [because he did just that over the past year]. I have seen him and Chad work 70 hours straight to finish a project to get to a show...because they had promised to be there. I have also seen him do that same thing, and then hop in the truck to drive overnight to retreive a spare part to fix his Camaro at Bonneville...just because he wanted to compete.
You may not agree with his taste, [I don't always] but you should find it hard to disrespect his talent and integrity.

BTW...it is my understanding that David will be editorial director and Rob Kinnan will remain as editor of Hotrod. I'm not either so I can't comment on how that goes, but it looks like we'll enjoy the benefits of BOTH of their talents. HELL yeah!Bret Voelkel

Hot Rod is alive again! Freiburger rocks ...we miss him at that other forum...which by the way is now BANGSHIFT.COM ...Chad and Brian are working their a$$es off to bring some decent content.
