      Question about deep scratches.

Hey guys, After painting the tempest today there are alot of deep scratches on the trunk lid, What would be the best way to go about "getting rid" of them. I have some evercoat glazing putty that ive never used. Should I use that? Or should I just use my filler?

ya 120 scratches are too big for paint to fill in on primer, sand it down with a block with 180 grit dry then go back over it all with 400 wet and if you can see them still then use 600 wet. this will knock the primer down to a near flat surface. that should get rid of your scratches, what colour did you paint it?

if you take a rattle can of white paint and put a quick mist coat on it as you sand it the white paint will stay in the scratches and disappear as you sand the scratches out
