I used a 1/16 or so wood panel that a friend gave me. I think it is used to cover hollow core doors. I haven't been able to find it anymore at home depot. I used a piece of 1/2" tubing on the back side and riveted it in place to hold the shape. I bought the foam from roddoors and the material at a local material store. You could use ABS plastic sheating and heat it to make your bends. I also used a lot of template paper to get all the shapes like I wanted them. I hope this helps.

      interoir plastic

Hey if anyone is interested in abs plastic give Polyfab plastics a call @ 417-862-6512 and talk to Mark Miller (tell him that Tim Hodges sent you). They have all kinds such as wood diesign, carbon fiber, and many more. I used them to make my dads fire wall and dash on his t-bucket.

68BNUT, I will post a few pics of my car in project updates. I guess that would be the proper place to put them.
