Welcome to the site. I appreciate the old Datsuns too. I used to see a pair of them running the NASA circuit a few years back. Really wicked little cars.

Do you still believe in all the things that you stood by before? Are you out there on the front lines, or at home keeping score?
Do you care to be the layer of the bricks that seal your fate? Would you rather be the architect of what we might create?

If you ever make it down to Austin for an autoX or to run at one of the road courses be sure to tell us. The Central Texas guys like myself will come out of the wood works to see that. Watching little properly built cars take on big bad new cars is always fun.

Example, I wish I had my camera for this but my last trip to the road course there was an F360 Ferrari and a Ford Festiva
      This little guy

The Ferrari raised hell about him being on the course at the same time so the owner of the track put the Festiva behind the F360. 5 laps in the Ferrari got blue flagged. I love seeing stuff like that and your bluebirds should be sweet too.

Good seeing another Texan too, welcome to the site.

Once the new engine is in and tuned, it will see plenty of track time.

I would love a Festiva! The B6T Mazda (DOHC 1.6L turbo) engine is damn near a bolt-in. And makes a very fast pull-toy...

I don't make it up that way much, but since you own one of my dream cars I may have to make a special trip...
