      Here's your winner....

Congratulations to Doug Cooper and Alan Johnson. Well deserved. There is so much on this car to see, you could spend days looking at all the details, and still not see everything.

I think i found a shot of it way back when. Look at the cowl differences. The 33 flavored cowl works on that car so well.

Thanks to everyone for their kind words. We really appreciate it... we had a great time up in Detroit the waiting on Sunday was a little rough other than that we had a ball.
The ISCA, Bob Mallard and all the guys from the MHRA were fantastic hosts.
We are very Proud to have won one of the most if not the most prestigious awards in hot rodding! With that said I'm a guy that uses his cars so now we are going to get it ready to drive. You will see us at goodguys and NSRA events, local stuff too cruise nights, captree westchester street rods events, morgan park etc...
this is one Ridler winner that you might have pull up next to you at a light and don't be surprised if...

Nice work, Doug. Congrats on a beautiful car and such a prestigious award. Another awesome build by an awesome builder. Good to hear that it will see some road time. I hope you don't use it quite as hard as you use the '55 though!
