      I am a happy guy

I am pretty happy right now despite a sizable migraine. Why you ask. Well the UPS guy came to my door bearing presents. First were the new tires from TireRack. I ordered them yesterday and was not expecting them till next week and here they are less than 24 hours later. I bought 2 BFG G-Force Sport 275/40-18's. Why just 2? Well I need to make sure these will fit on the front before I commit to running them on all 4 corners. I do think they will fit with some massaging of the inner fender wells. This car is gonna look badass. And handle even better. The tires will be perfect for the rear. I am so pleased. I will get them mounted next week and then can go about checking for clearance issues the wheels or tires may present. Well what else did I get? Well my camera back from repairs finally. This is the second time it was back for the same thing. Couldn't replicate the problem the first time. Then ths time when they sent it back they did so to the wrong person. But it is back in my hands now and working nicely.

Sweet.. Was going to ask how can you even get near those new tires with a migaine. The smell alone would knock me out when I have a migraine. But shear joy must be pushing you on....

Here are the tires I bought

Here are the new tires next to the ones on the car

Side by side with the 255/60-15's that are on the car

And these are the rims that will be on the car. They are Boss wheels 18X9's

      Rick you are exactly right
Dropit69 I am going to try and have my wife make me some aluminum inner fenders. I have some ideas so I will update my build thread when I have something to show.
LowBuckX rubber smell doesn't affect me. Chemical smells on the other hand kill me.

Here are some updated pics. Note how the rear wheels & tires look smaller than the front even though they are the same size. I am open to any suggestions as to what size I should run in the front to offset the look. The tires pictured which will go on the rear are 275/40-18's

      Migraines

What do you take for your migraines? I take Relpax for mine. What a miracle drug! Usually, within a half hour, it's all gone! Much better than the old lay down and writhe, get up and puke, lay down and writhe until you finally fall asleep routine!

That wagon looks cool. Tempting to do something cool with my '86 Colony Park wagon.... nah, the wife would kill me.

I take imitrex for the migraines when they occur. It's the only thing that works. They also have me on prevenitives but I have been on so many and nothing has really worked. I am actually on Disability for the migraines I get them so bad and so often. Kinda like now.

No work today have a migraine. But I think I am going to use your idea of having the mount come out beyond the seat so that I can then bolt it to the floor.
