      Hi Liz, I am putting together a disc and am wondering what is really the best size for pics to be taken. I can set the camera to take pics in many different formats and if 300KB pics are too big I can make them smaller. I just want to make it easier on you so sizing pics isn't as time consuming.

      It's best to submit the largest format you have. Time consuming or not, in this case, bigger is better.

      Amen brother.. I can't tell you how many times I get a cool shot and it's either 78kb in size or the sender cropped the crap out of it.

      Just send us the untouched high-res shots.

      300kb is the minium size I would want. Remember that the internet runs on 72dpi and we run on 300dpi. Again, like Henry said, bigger is better when it comes to file sizes.
