Hot dog!
Sorry but pain in the but local prossecutor was talking about taking my license and giving me a 1st degree misdemeanor charge and suspended sentence and big fine and all kinds of stuff cause I had a lawyer suspende my license back in 07, thought I had it fixed, got pulled over, was pretty much starving at previous job, so no mater what even a deferal was out of question.
Anyway messed around with it and messed around with it and finally had to go to trial and judge dismissed it as the state blew it and didnt prove thier case!
I AM FREE! And so now I need better weather to get my Monza on Air, with running engine and finde a useable 2004R trans to build, or go with tried and true th350 I have by TCI.
And really need to get cracking on my FlexFI kit for it too.
After over a year I am free, working at a job I like(Local Ford/Lincoln/Mercury dealer), my Ford Certification is progressing, and I can now breath easier.

Well
Actually the ticket stuff is over, now just need to get to work on my Monza, been putting off much of anything because never knew if I was going to get suspended and with previous a-hole autorney caused suspension another would have made me habitual offender and may have gotten me 10 yr suspension.
But its over, now just gotta stay out of that cops way for while.
