      4l60e into '69 Chevelle

      What kind of crossmember are you A body guys using?

      Not an A body, but in my X body Nova with the 4L60E I used a G Force crossmember I bought from Summit (Summit "brand" but it is from G Force). It bolted right in - no problems, and it is STRONG and lots of room for exhaust. Here is one for your Chevelle - http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku

      700r4 and 4l60e mount up the same?

      I bought one off ebay. Looks to be a stock with the mount cut off and flipped. I will let you know how it works outs. It will go on a 71 chevelle.

      Yes, they have the same mount point, and the same dimensions for that mounting point.
