Pypes vs. Flowmaster

I know the obvious difference is SS vs Aluminized. What I want to know is how well these kits fit and what they sound like. I want to know what the pypes chamber mufflers sound like in comparison to the flowmaster muffler. I have had a lot of Flowmaster mufflers over the years and really like the chambered muffler sound. I see a lot of people using the pypes exhaust systems on here and i want to know how well they fit and what they sound like. I am looking for a kit for my 69 camaro with a SBC and an automatic. Any info for these two brands would be appreciated.

Hi, I can't help with the fit but can recommend you listen to the cars in the searches below. If you check out the car's technical data you may find a Pypes and Flowmaster systems with a similar engine, state of tune and size of exhaust to your own. Plug in some PC speakers and decide from there.

I've got a full Pypes system on my car and LOVE it! Quality, fit, sound all exactly what I wanted! That other company can't compare with their customer service either IMHO.
