      LS Engine Cover

I have a 98 LS1 in a 69 Camaro. Looking for a cover that would go over the top of the motor, from valve cover to valve cover. Do you know anyone that makes these?
I have seen the coil pack covers like come on Corvettes but would like something that covers that manifiold as well.
The new Cadilac's have something like this but not sure if it would fit.
      Any ideas?

I am at work and the firewall does not allow me to see pic's, but I believe CarlC has a full engine cover for his LS. A link to his thread is below.

No cover for the manifold, but I wouldn't want to hide it on mine.

I saw a stainless engine cover on ebay. I didn't like it but you can take a look.

lbdz28, I know I have seen one, I just don't remember where. I will keep you posted if my memory comes back to me.

      Sorry Carl.

I can make you a custom one. Here is the version I made for my 65 LS1 F-85 project. I originally was going to make it a one piece design but decided to split it up.

Look for the engine covers used on some of the Holdens. They have them for LS1, LS2, etc. engines that also cover the intake manifold. Lots of them are being sold on the Aussie version of Ebay (www.ebay.com.au) since the rumour goes that the heat being trapped by those covers going over the intake manifold has a negative effect on performance.

Thanks for the leads. Looks like some good choices. I did all kinds of searches and didn't find any of them.
