      Import Wheels

I am sure people will find this blasphemous since these are import (rice burner) wheels, but I really like the Volk Racing TE37s, and I would love to put them on my chevelle. They are 1pc forged and are pretty light weight. The 19x8.5 weigh 19lbs and the 19x12s weigh 22lbs. Unfortunately it I don't think these wheels are available to the public in our bolt pattern or in accommodating offsets. They seem to be really big with the Porsche and other import guys.

Any leads on there 2 and 3 piece wheels? Ive seen a few volk and work wheels on domestic cars but once again they seem to be the exception. Any dealers on here?

Yeah... I stumbled upon that site... but they don't have any info for that wheel. Correct me if I am wrong here, but if Corvette offsets are not ideal for our cars.

I almost bought a 1996 R33 Skyline that was white with White TE37's on it back in 2000.. I just refused to pay the 25,000 dollars on top of buying the car to legalize it here in the states..

for years the common misconception is that volk, work, and similar wheel companies only manufacturer for "import" bolt patterns/offsets, but this is not true. contact jim at work wheels for pricing.

Now I am not familiar with Work Wheels, but it appears that they are just blingy wheels :bsjerk:, whereas Volk racing has been deep seeded into racing for many years. I didn't notice any of the Work Wheels to be forged. Maybe I am mistaken?

Work offers Forged one, two and three piece wheels.

They are typically regarded as highly as Volks. I see them on Porsche's quite a bit.

I would love some Emotions for my Camaro, but I was told that Work only offers custom offsets in the two and three piece wheels unless you order 25.

I thought Work built "Volk" wheels. That they were just different brands offered by the same vendor. No?

If not, the one is stealing designs from the other. Either way, I've LONG loved the look of so called "import" wheels on muscle cars.

      HartRacing wheels are SICK.

there was a article where they proved that the GTR time around the ring was wrong and it started to time 2 second later or something like that..

      I stand corrected, Mone

Work's are avalible in custom bolt patters and offsets. I was misled by an ill informed import dude.

I will order some of those emo's. much cooler than emo music.
