69 windshield fitment
The glass guys are here and have just installed the front and back glass in the 69 Camaro. After installing the molding strips-- the strips set up very high off the glass. They even used shorter clips and still to high off the glass. These are repro moldings but in comparing them to the scuffed up orginals, I can see no difference in how they would set up from the glass. I'm guessing the glass is set to deep in the opening. Is this possible? What is the standard distance from the opening lip that the glass is set??

update--- The glass company came out and re-did the windshield yesterday. Now it looks like it should. Wonder how many out there are not installed properly and they blamed the molding ?
