Need LS1 Check engine Code help
Motor is a 2002 LS1 out of a F-body with TSP Magic Stick 3 cam.
Check engine light is on so we put a scan tool on it and it said..
CODE P0106 MAP sensor fault Barometric sensor somthing like that..
What does that code mean and what should I do to fix it?
We then cleared the codes and then car didnt run as well with the code cleared. It has now popped back up.

Is the map sensor plugged in? It's in the back and can be forgotten.

It is plugged in.
When you rev the engine with the scan tool hooked up you can see the numbers change.
So it is doing somthing..
