      PHR Photo Contest

      I submitted some pics of my Elky last summer and the Jan issue showed up in my mail box today... my picture made it as a finalist!

      The other cool thing was I also got a UPS envelope and in it were two PHR plates, two PHR pins, a t-shirt, another copy of the mag, and two PHR stickers!

      Today was a good day!

      congrats Herb, sweet vehicle and a great pic. Saw it when I thumbed through my copy a couple of days ago. I really like seeing cars when I've seen them in person and know the owner.

      Too bad you didn't live closer to Chicago. You could have been on the cover. The magazine picked people near Chicago to come for me to shoot the cover image.

      That would have been cool! It's only a 9 hour drive from me and I could have visited my sister who lives in Chicago.
