      Just saying Hello

Have a 67 Camaro, owned it for 24 years - my first car. Will be stripping it down and building a pro touring car in my spare time. I'll start with sheetmetal, roll cage, suspension, and then start upgrading to modern components. Car has always sat low and had a mean looking rake to it. I have always run welds, big and littles. I will be fitting ZR1 wheels (17X9 or so) and tires under it in the future. Whatever it takes to accomplish the look I want, mini tubs for sure. I'll drive it from time to time, but not everyday. Got to build my dream shop this summer, so I'll have a great place to work. Keep it matted and between the ditches, Dave

      Welcome to the site David!

Wow! 24 years? That's pretty cool. Sounds like you are ditching the pro-street look. You will find a lot of good info here to help you on your way. Good luck
