      Pan evac for boosted motor

Running the Pro Charger, you are supposed to vent the motor to eliminate gasket damage. So... Im running a 12AN hose from the valve covers to the collectors. I can either place a pan-evac that comes off at a 45 degree angle from the collector or come off at 90 degree angle with another AN fitting . The pan-evac has a check valve which seems to have some resistance when you blow through it... which kind of concerns me.
WHICH is the correct aproach... check valve/pan-evac at 45 degrees or no check valve (open) at a 90 degree exit from the collectors?
      TIA, Tom

you have to use the check valve in the pan e-vac system to keep any exhaust pressure going to your crank case.
