control arm bushing replacement?? what do i need to do them myself?

i have been calling around to see how much it is going to cost me to have this done and everyone is saying 2 hours. i already have the control arms off the car. they said two hours if i was to bring the control arms to them, so thats around $150 or more. i can buy a press for that much.

i was curious as to what all exactly i would need to press these out myself. i would rather buy the tools and do it myself so i can do it again in the future.

      thanks for the help.

i took mine out with a torch, hammer, chisel, 2 or 3 large sockets and a thick punch, in my driveway in about 2hrs.
i just heated up the rubber until it slid right out, be careful though hot rubber can "explode" , then dented the sleeve in along the side, and used the sockets to punch them out.
i did have my brother install the new del-a-lum's though, but it can be done with a c-clamp and large sockets.
work in progress--for the next 10 years.
