      Need some wheel advice?

I can not for the life of me decide on rims. I was thinking maybe some coys but Idk how the dark centered coys would look against the silver paint and black trim?

Then I thought maybe some steelies as that gives it the racer look but then I realized thats putting 160lbs of dead weight on the 4 corners of the car....no thanks.

Anyone have any suggestions for what I have got going here?

No offense but new wheels will be awesome and transform the look of that car. With the blacked out trim why not go with black wheels or black centers with polished lips? Though that would probably be in a whole different price bracket than coys unless you paint them yourself.

Yeah I know...thats why I want to change the rims. they are old school and were sitting in my garage so i threw them on to get the car rolling.

Deff going black center or black wheels ...but I was more or less asking about a rim suggestion?

I was thinking something like Gordo's setup but black powder coated.

I'd love some CCW wheels but they are like 3-4k...out of my budget.

The Coy's would look great on your car. You might check out a few cars on www.nastyz28.com for more ideas. There's a few of them running the Coy's and I think there's someone running them on a silver car. I just don't remember his screen name right now.

I visit nastyz28 more than this site :P. Went through the tire/wheel sticky but everyone either has 15" rims or TTII's.

yea man you should check into thoses tsw's like on my car its a great wheel with a great price!! They are affordable enough where you could paint them if you want. That was my intention all along, but I actually like them the way the are alot more than I thought I would. Anyway Great looking car. Cant wait to see the build.

I don't think they are that much, when I priced a pair of 17x8 and a pair of 17x12 they were about $2400.00 for all 4 wheels (classic). They are nice light too.

What sizes are you looking at?
