Pics of my Non Pro Touring Ride

Bought this last year after I sold my 36. This one is bigger and will handle the family better. I just got thru putting ART upper & lower arms, shockwaves, disc conversion, airpod and new wheels and tires. I stlll need to bag the back and do the disc convertion, but I am taking it one project at a time. This is a driver and meant to be driven so not to showing on the interior. As a matter of fact that is next on the list.

Very Cool! I've always liked those Fords. Be sure to post some pics once you get the back bagged.

Sweet at least put some blocks on the back to get it down a little till you bag it.

Is it a 47 or 48 ? Thats the only years I can't tell apart.

That is one sweet ride. My dad is building a 2dr sedan of that year. The back seat area in his car is so big I think a family of five could live there. he is doing a fifties rod with it Flat head, lincoln trans, three carbs etc. i have convinced him to go with some discs up front. It will be cool ride when he is done.

Thanks guys! It is a 47 and I have wanted one for a long time. I will be doing a 4bar with shockwaves in the rear next. I'll post pics then.

Keep us posted. I have a soft spot for street rods. This is what I sold to start my Olds project.
