I did not go last year , but previous years it was junk. case in point, I was there all day and came home with 5) 8-tracks. also, the jerks on bikes and motorcycles cruising the swap gets annoying. I almost pushed one dude off. if you need to pick up parts from a vender, then it may be worth it. Sunday you can score some really good deals on whats left. I'd save your efforts for carlisle. however, pontiac stuff is limited at both events. e-town has some import stuff too if your need some. I will stae thatthe lasttome I ws at E-town, someone set a huge 20' dumpter on fire. that was kinda cool.

I wouldnt bother going, heck, I live 30 minutes away and I'm not even going. I've noticed that through the years it has become nothing but rusted junk for sale, cars and parts.

Don't forget die cast and all the other non-car crap. It's becoming a flea market.

I blew off the last few. I'm going Friday just to go hang out with the boys.

Agreed. It's ridiculous to get out of there (waaaaaaay too much diverted traffic) and a most of the stuff for sale is overpriced junk. I've been going for about the last 10 years, and I'm skipping it this year. One year I'll have to make the long trek out to Carlisle!

True enough! I just checked Mapquest, and you're right, it looks like about 3.5 hours from here; I'm just outside of NYC in Bergen County. Does Carlisle run a Spring Swap meet as well?
