Ram Air 4 Header question

Hey Guys I just bought a set of edelbrock Heads for my 428 in my 68 Firebird.



I hear that Doug's Headers are good for my new heads but does anyone know how easy it will be to get headers into a 1st Gen firebird. My only concern is the Steering Box area. I have a Lee 670 lightweight unit and was wondering if I have any clearance issues. Anyone have any advice or warnings for me?

Doug's headers are very good.

I would post this question on the Performance Years Web site. They have more of the hard core street/Drag racers and a bigger croud of pontyackers over there.

Sorry I went with the Long branch headers and I love them.
