Anybody familiar with a 69 valiant? If so do ya think there is any hope for turning one into a pt car? I scored a deal in a rust free az car and thought it might be different enough to be fun. What do ya think?

IIRC the Barracudas (notice not : 'Cuda) were based on the Valiants if I'm not mistaken; don't know how much that'll help. Co-worker of mine used to have one but can't say anything about aftermarket since he kept his pretty stock.

Why does it seem like everyone is from the Boone/Charlotte area on every forum I'm on...

I was bracket racing at Rockingham Dragway when Roy and Steve Earwood bought the track together in the early 90's.
