      Redline Chevelle article

I have many requests over the last couple months for a copy of the entire article. The best way I could figure to do this was to actually post it on the net. They are all thumbnails so browse through the atricle and copy what you want. Sorry for the quality, I don't have the best hardware at home. Redline Chevelle article

Great Read. Thanks Dennis. Here's another great A-Body and my personal favorite:

Thanks again Dennis for the article, great stuff.

      Steve -

Is that the Camino that is in Tony's book? Another nice ride.

Yeah, Vince's Elco is wicked bad azz. Last I heard he was actually commuting in it occasionally; imagine that thing flying past you on the interstate in the morning.

That'd be cool. I'd rather be strapped into it on banzai run. I WANT MY MOMMY! It's radical.

The Redline Oil Chevelle is special because it isn't radical. No cutting or welding involved. Kinda makes you wonder why F-Bodies are more popular, when A-Bodies are easier to build and more comfortable.

Vince installed a built 4L80 tranny in that thing as he got tired of breaking Richmond six speeds.

Steve, have I told you how much I love you lately?

I definitely agree with you and I want to know why they didn't post performance numbers on the damn thing. I want to know just how close it was to a lateral-g....it's 1/4 time, etc. The damn car fell off the face of the planet and I've seen pics of it on an autocross course. What was it's time...what was the course? That car as well as Shane's wickedSS are the reasons I'm choosing to build my 70 the way I am.

Yea Steve, that care is awesome. I have went back and looked it over several times since picking up Tony's well written "bible" on pro-touring. Also, I was going through some old issue this weekend (trying to find the Redline Chevelle of course) and I ran across the article with your car in it. I can't tell you how much I like your Camaro. It may be an F-body, but it is different from any other you see, nice paint choice!

One more thing, don't mean to go another way with the thread, but is the other Camaro in that article as buddy of yours? That is also a unique and very cool ride!
