How to remove A-arm bushing without destroying them?

I'm in the middle of correcting several things on my front suspension, one of which is putting in new A-arm shafts. I have new polygraphit bushing already pushed on the old A-arm shafts. Is their any way to remove the A-arm bushings without destroying them?

Can a shop do this without destroying them? If so how do they do it?

Well I bought a new air chissel and got the bushing sleaves out without destroying them and got the new A-arm shafts all mounted and assembed.
