      1980 z/28

      Hi Guys,
New Project on hand ... not sure what direction i am going to go yet. i have been posting around getting ideas and try to stay within a reasonable budget.... but for now here she stands … this car sat for 7 years and runs like a swiss watch. (as you can see there is a hand full of cars to work (LOL)

1980 z/28 all original (it was repainted about 10 years ago)(my dad bought this car new in 1980 one owner well two if you count me). It has about 100k on the car.

Got tons of parts for it including a VBP suspension, solid short block(heads cam intake up in the air) , 700r4 Transmission (well not sure if i am going to install that in this car yet becasue I want a 5 or 6 speed but, money and time will dictate what gets done first.

Will update with more details later:

lol yea if you want you can set up a camaro fund lol kidding
yes a bunch of stuff crossed my mind and with tons of LS1's around it may be the choice (if you have one laying around let me know lol) but, for right know I am going to focus on getting the body in shape then see where this car takes me.

      back in time

Digging through old photos for this car I came across these pictures of my dad putting in a new carpet.. This has to be back in 1995 not sure but some time around there… (wow because this brings me back in time an puts into perspective of how long he has had this car (yeah yeah I know some of you are going to say that you have had your car longer but I have grown up with this car an at 35 years old it just brings me back that I used to ride in this car before I could touch the peddles and know I am the destiny of this car. )

Well even at 55or is it 56 hmmm not sure lol lol my dad still looks the same and he is the only man I know that can where white shorts and t-shirt and stay clean while working on a car lol lol
