      I don't know.

However, I wouldn't be surprised if Tobin at Kore3.com has caliper brackets already to do just that.

I know he has them for Ford Torino ends on a Chevy 12 bolt, since I just bought a kit from him to do that.

It depends on the design, but 1/4" to 3/8" is pretty much the norm for what we do with our flat brackets. For the Ford stuff, 3/8" because of the stagger to the bracket and the fact that the bracket is doing double duty to retain the axles as well as mount the calipers.

What 9" are you running? Big-bearing [80mm] or small [72mm]? There are three "standard" Ford 9" applications that make up the majority of what Ford ever produced...that said, there are a million odd-balls out there too, so it's good to measure everything if you don't know the year and application it came from.

i'm using the big bearing torino style ends from moser.the caliper is about 1/4" toward the center of the car compared to the face of the axle bearing where the retainer plate is.basicly needs to stagger a 1/4".
