Exhaust Issue

Can't figure out what happened here. Flowmaster american thunder kit. Same exhaust, same car, same headers, same engine. Only thing that is different is a new set of heads.

The drivers side pipe is short by about a 1/2 inch.. Everything is prewelded and coated. I've had the exhaust out before for a trans swap so Im so confused. Passenger side is fine. Exhaust is centered in car and installed right.

Any ideas what I can do or use?

Anybody make a 1/2 block alum spacer or somethin... ?

an no Im not using like 10 gaskets.

If you had the pipes out of the car, is it possible you may have inadvertently swapped them side for side?
