      Off to Paint!

My car was picked up today for paint. Here are the last few pictures before it was taken away. Looks like it needs to come down an inch in the rear - I have a set of blocks that I'll put in if it still sits a little high after interior and a full tank of gas.

      Holy HUGE picture!

Deffinately 1 or 2 inches in the back. It does look a little high...

      What color?
Also is that packing tape on the hood?
I have tons of it on my new hood and probably wont be able to get it off as it has been on there so long.

It looks like it is going to be in there for between 3-6 weeks depending on how busy the bodyshop is. It is going to be done when there are off times at a shop. It looks like there may be three guys on it next week as the shop is a little slow. We'll see. He didn't ask for any money down and will take payment when the job is finished so he is motivated to get it out as soon as possible.

I am 99% sure that it will be Victory red

Yep - It is the packing foam that is glued to the hood. An orbital should make quick work of it. Mine was on the hood in the head for too long and was really hard to pull off.
