Mangled SBC connecting rod needed ASAP.

Mangled SBC connecting rod needed ASAP.

Does anyone have a bent or mangled SBC connecting rod they would like to donate? I am working on something and I need to keep it under wraps for now.

It needs bolts and needs to still be able to clamp onto a crank or something the same diameter as the crank (2.004")

It will go into something and I will make sure you get credit for it and the story that goes with it will follow it.

I have a set of stock ones not mangled but they are just sitting in storage with pistons attached.

Lets see how it goes. One that has a story about how it was bent might be good. I could use a press to tweak a good one if needed.

I've got a pic of one that received force from a hydrolock condition. The car owner thought he was a U-Boat commander, methinks.

As for the actual part, that's long gone.
