Been several years since my last visit to Gothenburg. Nice city on the west coast.
It´s a shame, when it´s so close I should go there more often. And that goes
for other places in Sweden as well, but I just don´t have the time. (Lame excuse)

Although I got to see some very beautiful places when me and my brother participated
in American Power Tour this July. A tour that was set around Swedens second biggest
      lake. Very nice sceneries!

A dream come true would be to travel to America and go from coast to coast in some
old convertible. You have the privilege of so many varoius types of nature and landscapes. Someday...

they look like a set of Schmidts or some hartmanns...

hey what do people think about your ride out there?
I always wondered what folks thought of our ground pounding muscle cars over there.

      holler!

American cars, not just musclecars, are very popular here. A couple of years ago I heard some statistics about
vintage american cars (30 years and older) owned per capita and Sweden was in first place. Now when the dollar
value has been low compared to swedish crowns, imports has escalated, so the market here is kind of immense.

When I built my first 68´pro-touring Camaro (1998), parts where very hard to come by and very expensive. Don´t
think the aftermarket was as broad as it is now - not a 100 diffrent discbrake conversion kits or new complete
subframes with many setup-options, to choose from.

Am I correct? When did the aftermarket really skyrocket?

What do people think about my ride? Pictures says more...

Edit: Must add that the prizes are nothing fancy and the number of participants not many...

Your car isn't mini-tubbed is it? I would love to get those tires under my car.

No it´s not mini-tubbed, just a really tight fit. I´ve rolled the outer
