retro headlamp door adjustment
How do you adjust the doors so they open and close correctly.

You shouldn't have to adjust anything. Once the doors are attached to the swing arm and power is applied, they should reset to the closed position. When you pull on your headlight switch, they should open. The only thing that I found that needed adjustment was the jam nut at the bottom of the swing arm. If this is to loose the door will not open and close right. If you find that the door is slipping at this pivot point, just tighten the jam nut down a little at a time until the door works properly.
