The main guy from trueforged posts alot on svtperformance.com. He gives out good deals and seems to respond well to e mails and questions.

Their prices are between Budnik and Forgeline but closer to
      Forgeline.

Try Rushforth wheels, I was surprised by their prices compared to Forgeline. Best wheel for the buck by far....

Iam not sure what the cost is so might still be some $ after the 18% and free shipping but anything helps, but found this over at ls1tech.com and thought that it might help http://ls1tech.com/forums/showthread.php?t=957460

We can clear C6 Z06 brakes with our 18" wheels and I can at your budget with most of our wheels. If there's a style you like let me know.

Most all billet wheels can be powdercoated if you're looking to avoid the shiny look.

Yes and no. We can do an 11" rim but it's $$$$. In the Intro Classics we can do an 18x8 and an 18x9.5 and the price on those is $1495. The wheels in the Endless Series have the stepped lip rim hoop.

I'm pretty sure that I.D., Intro & Trueforged are all the same company. There is a wheel on the TF site that is exactly the same as an Intro wheel, the cap is even photoshopped.

I bought BMW wheels off ebay and made spacers. I got wheels, tires, and spacers for under $1000.
      Just a thought.
