New Rushforth wheels are HERE!

Was busy working on my garage all day,here they are all mounted up.
I will admit,I was nervous about the fitment going w/10" rears since my car is so low but once again...Jon Henson from www.driverzinc.com knew of what he spoke...because they fit like a glove and I could not be more happier with the look or the fitment.

Here we go...














Could not be more pleased,2 of my friends and some of my "car" neighbors stopped by and all gave me their approval.I am totally stoked by the look,thanks to Jason Rushforth for all his advice and of course,Jon Henson for making this all possible...once again.

i have to admit that although i love the super spokes, i wasnt digging the full powder coat. but now that they are on the car, that is friggin BITCHIN!!!!!!

That looks incredible, John. They really do a great job of making a great looking car somehow look better. And I just LOVE how the tires tuck. It looks perfect. I've seen the quality of the Rushforth wheels first hand and pictures just may never do these wheels justice. I know the style and finish I'd get for my car, but I still have to find a way to pay for them. Nobody seems to want my blood or special sauce when I try to donate, so I'm guessing I gotta find another way.

Totally nailed it...another perfect set up from Jon @ driverzinc.
I will admit I was worried slightly because of how low my car sits but the man truly does know of what he speaks...

I knew I should have known better then to doubt him.

And yeah...the smoked titanium finish is a powdercoat and is applied to the entire wheel,front & back.

take off the chrome trim and rear bumper and powdercoat it like the wheels..

i like the wheels alot, but there isnt anything to match it to on the car.

and some yellow calipers too.. hahahah

Way ahead of you there man,but I can't keep changing this car every 6 months or so.That's the problem with a project changing several times during the build...what to do?
If I had to do it all over again,I would not have added the window trim or the side gills since an X-77 (which this car is) didn't come with either of those.But what's done is done man...I've got three cars that all need things and well...I just don't make that much money,lol.
I thought about having the bumper p/coated to match but I'm gonna leave it chrome.If I was starting fresh,I would have the window mouldings done as well.Most everything on this car is either black or dark so I think the wheels are a good contrast in that aspect.
