Twin Turbo Chevelle Ss
Got a friend who is going to build a 1970 Chevelle SS Convertible
With an after market frame he has been looking at the Schwartz and the RS Roadster shop frame.
We would like to here pros and cons on both. And if someone bought one can you tell us you experience with it
Schwartz 15k to 19K depending on options
http://gmachinechassis.com/
The Roadster Shop 17k to 22K depending on options http://rsperformanceconcepts.com/pro...ssis/chevelle/
This car will have twin turbo LS motor and the best parts possible.
Can some one help us with pricing we need a lot of stuff. We were looking at the Nelson racing turbo headers and that cool manifold.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

07-09-2008 #2I am sure you know this, but the RS frame is all DSE suspension parts, at least the front. It is basically a Camaro subframe on a full frame. I looked at it last year at GG Kansas, really good looking frame, however, very, very pricey. You can do all the same stuff with a stock frame, new suspension, plate it for strength, etc, at at least 1/2 the cost.
