      lowered impala wheel clearence issue

I'm building a pro-touring 62 impala and need help with the front wheel fitment. I lowered the car in the front 3" (2" drop spindals and 1" short eaton springs). The rear was lowered with 2" short eaton springs. because of the 3" drop in the front I have some fender clearence issues (mainly suspension travel clearence at the very top of fender). Per my calculation the widest wheel I could fit in the front is a 18x7 with a 4 3/4" backspace. along with a 225/45/18 tire. Though I'd perfer to install 18x8's
is there anyone out there that can help?

We are running a 245/40/18 with a 18x8 on the front of our 62. 5.00 B/S fits just fine. We have set of new Budniks you might want to look at that we used for mock up on the 62 we are building.

Tim is right on with that suggestion, and those Budniks he's unloading are a screaming deal!
