Florida Ford Guy
Hello everyone,
My name is Rob and I am from north Florida, near Panama City.
I have two Ford trucks that I am working on. One is a '92 Swb F-150 FlareSide that will be used for touring and towing, assuming that we can still afford gasoline by the time I'm done with it. It has a tired 302 Windsor and a shot E4OD. This one is on hold until I amass enough money to buy a new tranny.
My other truck is an '85 Lwb Ranger Std Cab. It has a 3" body lift that accomodates the '78 302/C4 nicely. This is my favorite truck to drive but the initial V8 install was a little crude and there are a number of issues that I need to address. This is the truck that I am currently working on.
I ran across this site while searching for rear suspension info on the net. I was impressed by the depth of knowledge displayed in some of the posts I read and so I decided to join and try to learn something.
I am pleased to meet everyone and look forward to some good exchanges of information.

Well if you still looking for rear susp info, for your touring truck. go to nloc.net. and find user sportruk. he has a sweet f150 that he installed a t-bird IRS. PM him and he could send you a link to his pics of the build. I have a 92 crew cab dually that Im looking to convert to a slammed body dropped pro-touring genb 1 lightning.
