TCC Brake switch conversion??

I just installed a 94' LT1/4l60e with its original wiring harness and PCM in my 69' Firebird. Do I need to hook up the lt. blue/black wire(TCC switched power feed) from C230 in order for my Torque converter to know when to lockup..?
