      flush mount door handle

Has anybody incorporated a flush mount door handle(say off a newer camaro or firebird) onto a camaro or nova? Thinking this may be something different to do? Any pics would be great.

That door handle is almost half way down the door, to me that doesn't look right at all.

I agree, first pic seems to place it high, last pic seems to be down the door. Maybe just the angle but it does look goofy!

That would have looked great if it was up higher.

Picture of 67 camaro with 97 camaro door handles (not the best pictures and couldn't find a close up). It's the first camaro at the top.

We just finished a corvette handle on one and will post it tomorrow for you, they work well with the body lines and can be left black or painted.

It's probably a big block with one of those tpi units made from a tunnel ram base. They're pretty tall.

It's not that bad, you have to make a rod to go from the handle to the latch.
You can rough in both handles in a day
