Re-hooping...Can anyone help me?

I have a set of boyd coddington 18x8 rallye wheels and one is bent. I took it to a straightening shop and they were unable to get it back to working order.

I spoke to the coddington shop and they said they could re-hoop it for $365 and cheaper if I had a business license.

Is there anyone out there that does this cheaper? Anyone have a shop that I can go thru in order to get the cheaper business price?
