      nitrous for LT1???

I have a slightly beefed up LT1 in my 69 camaro. This summer ill be racing it against my best freinds RB25 powered 240. Weve both been building our cars for 3 years, leading up to this big, best 3 out of 5 drag race. and no way in hell do i want to lose.

So im looking into a small (maybe 100 shot) of nitrous, but there is so many different kits out there that i dont even know where to start. I want something not too expensive as im about as broke as they come.
Does anyone have any ideas, anything you run in your LT powered cars, something easy to set up and install?

the engine is from a 95 trans am with t56 if that matters. thanks

I'm running a cannibilzed NOS system from parts I accrued over the years. Cheater solenoids with a powershot solenoid for the purge mounted below the coil where the air pump was. About 12" hoses going to a fogger nozzle in the bottom of my air intake elbow after the maf. I can't remember what I used for jets and can't look as I am out of town. Using on line calculators I picked up about 80 horse. 13.6 @ 100 NA and 12.6 @ 110 on the bottle. I have the benefit of an air fuel gauge and I know it was running rich.

The plan is to make a cover for the solenoids and cover the hoses with heat shrink to hide them as much as possible.

      Mine is also a 95 but with a 4L60E and a madz28 tune
