      4l60 tail shaft conversion

Im putting a 95 lt-1 and 4L60E that came out of a vette in a 70 buick GS. Ive found a bunch of places that sell the mechanical speedo conversion for a 4l60E out of a camaro but they are saying the corvette housing is shorter and you have to start with a 700 R4 short housing and weld in electronic part off of a 4l60. Anyone know where i can buy the conversion housing and who has the best price? Thanks in advance

Making? Not that I know of, everything I've seen is a re-work of old factory parts. $500 is about right. Best of luck man!
