Is there a site or source for existing avatars? Also, if I want to resize a pic of mine down to the 80x80 size, how do I go about accomplishing this? Thanks all.

Not sure where people go to find other folks's avatars... but resizing pics is relatively easy if you've got a decent image-processing app.
On the other hand, if you don't have a decent image processing app, you could post the source pic here and I'm sure someone would be a decent image processing person and resize it for you
