What return style Fuel Pressure Regulator for Carb with EFI In-Tank Pump?

I am going to install a sump and run Dual EFI In-Tank Pumps (pumps from a Late Model Mustang Cobra)

I plan to run 1/2" supply and return lines.

Motor should make over 500, but less than 600 HP.

Please recommend regulator/s that would work well for this setup. Please indicate what features the regulators have that causes you to recommend them.

I will be using a Quadrajet initially but may eventually go to EFI so it would be nice to have a requlator that I could "upgrade" to work well with EFI if I ever make the conversion.
