      Damper Question

Hey guys, I have been looking for a new 8" balancer for my Nova. It is just a very mild 350 from my Dads old Chevy truck. Damper is 37 years old and I would like to replace it . Motor only sees 5500 rpm's at best. I have been searching the internet for a couple days but they never state where the balancers are made. I don't think a high dollar one is necessary so if you have bought a good American made one please let me know where I can purchase one. Trying to avoid the chinese built parts if I can. Thanks,
      Dave

I think everyone needs to join you in the "try to avoid Chinese parts" idea. It is getting rediculous.

How about a genuine GM part? P/N 88960604. Can be had for under $100 new.

Thanks guys. I ordered a GM one for $83 shipped. I will give that a try. Never even thought about a GM one. Thanks for the input.
