      Racing Brakes brand

Has anyone used rotors from a company called racing brakes, www.racingbrake.com if so were you pleased with the product for the price. I'm using C6 Zo6 brakes all around on my new project and wondered if it's worth the extra cost for track days and autocross to step up the rotors. The GM rotors are cheap enough especially going through GM parts direct.

I don't think they are worth the money. I would save the money and use either the DBA 4000 slotted rotors, or the Stoptech drilled rotors which should be available soon. Stock rotors are known to crack.

Brakes are going on a second gen Camaro wheels will be 18". I had heard of warping and cracking problems with the factory rotors when used hard in HPDE or autocross that's the reason for finding an alternative. I was also told to steer away from the factory brake pads and look into Carbotech or Hawk HP+ pads.
