      Group Purchase

      Dustin,

We talked last week about some wheels for the group purchase and I am just now getting back to you. When I talked to Dave at Intro he recommended 275/40/18 rear and 245/40/18 front tires. However, I want a little different size tire if we can do it without rubbing issues. Below are my car info and the wheels and tires I would like quoted:

·Car: 1970 Firebird Formula 400 – will be lowered about 1.5 inches from stock with GT Suspension kit from www.pro-touringf-body.com
      ·Tire size: 255/40/18 front and 295/35/18 rear.
      ·Rims: 18x8 front, 18x10 rears – Speedstar.
·Please quote as rims only and with a set of Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3 mounted & balanced (my ship to address is zip code 30005).

I want to talk about powder coating options. Can the inner spoke area that is usually done in satin suede be done in any other color? If yes, how do we communicate the color? Do you have any photos of speedstars with the inner spokes in a different color? What about pictures with the entire spoke area powder coated?

      Thanks,

I just joined and looked at this thread today. How often do you run this special? I am looking at a set of 19x9.5 Rear and 18x8 front. Can you let me know what the GP price was (or still can be) for a set in the G-cube style? I have my '69 posted in the newbies section
      Thanks,
      Jeff

      Jeff,

This is only the second time ever that Intro has done a group purchase. The last time was about a year ago. I've sent you a PM.

Sure, have a group purchase... after i purchased mine!!!!!

Well at least mine are on the car and looking good. If it weren't for the wheels my car would look like crap. No one sees the beauty beneath the surface rust and fade. If only people looked at the motor and suspension/brakes, hmmmm.

      Good luck to everyone else.
