Tire size and wheel width help?

I have a 1970 nova thats going to be running AME front sub frame with shockwaves and an airbar in the rear. I will be using DSE mini tubs and a custom moser rear( so I can shorten it ). I want to run 18's all the way around and don't want to worry about rubbing. Will a 275/35/18 and a 335/30/18 work for my nova? I'm limited to using only what bfg offers in tire sizes.

The fronts should be fine on the AME frame, excellent choice. run a 9" rim and your good. I know the AME frame can take a 10" but im not sure the body will.

The rear choice might be a stretch. The frame will have to move. A 315 requires a half cut and with the wider 335 there will not be enough frame left to box....unless you move that section inwards. Running a link rear will not require the same amount of support a leaf rear will so it can be done. 18x12 is the recommended size. Backspace will depend on the lip you desire. That wide I like to run zero offset.

Check with Frank at Prodigy Customs about the 335's and the airbar. It can be done but it will just require a bit of work and ingenuity. Welcome to the site and hope to see pictures of the progress.
